 Not a bad coffee maker. Strengths: Lots of features for the price. It has a timer clock, brew strength control.
Weaknesses: It leaks coffee if the glass pot is not put on write and the lid is pushed down securely.
Summary: 2006-09-28 21:45:08 My mother has this coffee maker and it leaks out coffee on the counter if you don't put the glass container on write and push the lid down securely. It makes a good cup of coffee pretty hot but not as hot as the BrAun coffee makers. My mom had it for a year and the lid on top of the coffee maker started to get loose and now you have to really push down on it to secure it so the coffee doesn't spill on the counter which happened about three or four times. When trying to take the lid off the coffee pot it broke and had to be replaced. It has a non stick hot plate which is easy to clean. It is hard to pour water in the part of the coffee maker that you put water in very skinny opening, water spills on the counter if you are not careful. But over all good coffee maker.
