Strengths: filter system, exterior safe touch, view window, digital timer, adjust thermostat, price, made in Italy.
Weaknesses: single basket, higher than other brands, smaller width than other brands, some people claim its fragile.
Summary: I research all over, at first I was interested in presto 5464 and after placing an order with absolutehome.com/homeclick.com I received the wrong model # cause 5464 was discontinued so I returned it and that was a bad shopping experience with that company, I was not interested in Presto brand any longer since the best model # has been disco, I turned my search on other deep fryers, and after days of search I landed on the Delonghi D14522DZ cause the highest overall reviews posted on the internet and options that came with it, and some the weakness issues I posted might be a strength to you except the fragile part, but with all the strength together in one are hard to find in a deep fryer.
