Strengths: This model is lightweight and has a great clear picture. It is easy to use and to set up.
Weaknesses: It is difficult to set up surround sound and to use my X-Box to see movies
Summary: I am glad to replace my old TV with this model- it is great for a living space. The sound from the speakers is ok, but I wanted to use my surround sound speakers. Make sure that you get the model that has a hook-up. I was surprized to see all the available HD channels and options.

Strengths: picture quality, built in HD tuner, HDMI input, crystal clear computer picture through VGA cable, PRICE
Weaknesses: no S-video on back, blacks could be a little blacker- not a significant problem though, could use a few more options in the on screen menu- However, this is being very nitpick-ey
Summary: I have been looking for an LCD in the 27"-37" inch range for about 6 months. It came down to the Olevia 32 inch, Sanyo 32 inch, and this one. (Sorry don't have model numbers for the other two). I never saw the Olevia in action, but did get a chance to see the Sanyo which had a good picture, but not as good as the Vizio in my opinion. The vizio can get very bright, and the picture is sharp. Not Sony sharp, but it is sharp.

You can't do the TV justice unless you hook it up to an HDMI or VGA source. I use it as a computer monitor and am very happy with the picture. Works well for gaming as well with the 8ms? refresh rate. I went out and bought an HDMI dvd player just to see how much better it was than my old with component, and I honestly can say I was able to see a difference. Component looked great, but HDMI looked amazing.

All this for a very competitive, low price. Oh, and it's California based. You don't have to call an out-of-the-country toll number to get helped.

Great company, will definitely buy my next one from them.

Strengths: FANTASTIC COLORS, SHARP IMAGES, AND SURROUND SOUND. GREAT PRICE FOR SIZE OF SCREEN
Weaknesses: NONE SO FAR
Summary: I WASNT SURE OF THIS BRAND NAME, AFTER DOING A BIT OF ON ON LINE RESEARCH, I FOUND OUT THAT THEY ARE CALIFORNIA BASED, AND UP AND COMING. GREAT PRICE FOR 32" SCREEN.

Strengths: Affordable, Included speaker, Decent amount of inputs, includes the 3 main tuners
Weaknesses: 800:1 contrast ratio, black levels
Summary: The Vizio L32HDTV is my first HDTV and so far it has been pretty swell. 32 inches looks quite big in my bedroom. HD channels look really nice. I would recommend going to Costco to see the Vizio brand. The TV has a pretty good amount of inputs (1 HDMI, RGB, 2 components, 3 composite, digital audio out, ntsc/atsc, qam) considering its price. Overall, I would recommend this tv as a budget or entry solution.

Strengths: Great picture, nice look. Use with or without HD. Lightweight.
Weaknesses: 1 channel that i can see is not clear without HD, channel 3 in my home town. And only words that are a little fuzzy. Other than that I really do not see any weakness
Summary: This is my second Vizio television and i love the 32" as much as the 37" inch. I can even use without a HDTV box and i think the picture is very clear (I have HD box on 37" but not on 32" and am very happy with the picture quality. Great TV for the money. Why pay over $1000. This TV is exactly what I need an in my price budget
