BE CAREFUL, NOT AVAILABLE SPARE PARTS FOR THIS PRODUCT

Weaknesses: Several operation problems and SAMSUNG doesn´t have the spare part required

The service of Samsung’s guarantee forces to that a defective product enters three times to repair to a center on watch (more or less 30 days each time) before evaluating the product change. I bought the home theater HT-TQ85 six months ago and I only have been able to use it for three months because it had several operation problems and now, Samsung’s employees are still evaluating if they change the product although the required spare part is not available. In addition, the last answer was that I must wait for twenty days more so that an engineer authorizes the product change.
It’s incredible that they haven’t available a spare part for a new product, or may be ¿ too many complaints finished them….?.
I comment my experience with Samsung, and I suggest that ask for the real conditions of the guarantee, and the real availability of spare parts. Think twice before to buy a Samsung’s product and investigate which is the true customer service and the real guarantee terms, because we can’t pay almost US$700 to receive excuses time and time again.
