Strengths: Nice compact design and finish. Great picture and good price.
Weaknesses: Base pads tend to stick to cabinet shelf.
Summary: The set-up was straight forward and the manual is easy to follow. The remote is more complex than remotes for older technology TVs, but it has a lot of nice features and it didn't take long to get familiar with it. Programming the remote for favorite channels was done in a couple of minutes, although the original channel autoscan took a lot longer. The specified viewing angle is somewhat ambitious-the colors tend to wash out as you approach the 150 to 160 viewing angle but then I guess most, if not all LCD TVs do. I have this TV in my bedroom and I am very happy with it's performance. I was a little irritated, however, when I had to move the TV and found that the foot-pads tended to stick to the shelf-this problem was easily solved by placing paper under them. I decided to buy this TV after reading a number of favorable consumer reviews.
