Strengths: Pivoting/Articulating head
Battery Charge duration.
Weaknesses: Power, clutch
Lack of Speed & Torque
Summary: If the tool is used for something it wasn't intended for (like driving lag screws into 4x4's, then it would get 1/2 star. If it's used for it's intended use, it gets 4.5 stars! Perfect for areas most other drills cannot get into. (engine compartments, cabinets, sinks, etc. The pivoting head is just beautiful and easy to use. The drill is lightweight and fits in one hand nicely (and I'm a woman). It's ergonomic and comfortable. The clutch is not really necessary on this tool. Impact drivers and more powerful screwdrivers, yes. Not sure about the soft-start. I suppose it's helpful if you are trying to start a screw with one hand??? It's a nice added touch, but not necessary. I would recommend this tool for the do it yourself-er who loves to get new tools and has a need to get in to tight spaces. If you need power and a smaller head, I highly recommend the Bosch impact drivers! It's my most used tool. You can use it drill, drive screws, lag bolts, anything... as long as you have all the bit attachments. Reconditioned is just fine. Something like 700-800 lbs of torque. I guess I'm also a bit disappointed in its speed, however, I'm comparing it to my other Bosch drills... Brute Tough and the impact driver, so maybe that's unfair. For it's intended use, I give it four stars and would recommend.
