Light weight and no power-cord transformer. Weaknesses: Has only one-year warranty. Summary: We ordered from eCost and received quickly. The setup was easy. Nothing to install. It is very light. It has built-in speakers and the power cord plugs directly into an electric outlet without going through a transformer, so it does not take a lot of space. It only has the traditional analog (VGA) connection, but that is fine with us. We use it mainly for work and web browsing. We are very happy with the monitor. There is no dead pixel and the picture is better than the other more expensive monitor we have. The speakers are OK. We listened to webex and radio a lot. We have not tried it on playing games or watching DVD. The warranty is only for one year. Hope that won't become a problem. Strengths: pretty good for a 19" LCD monitor at $499 Weaknesses: will find out...hope not. Summary: would reccommend anyone who wants a 19 at affordable price $499. I also use it as my TV (added a TV turner card); however, picture is not as sharp as I thought. Anyway, I'm very satisfy; it saves a lot of space and I use it for multi-purpose. Weaknesses: 1280x1024 resolution kinda low Summary: This is the 3rd LCD I have purchased, the screen is bright and relatively sharp. It comes with speakers that I will never use. Would rather they get rid of the speakers and make it even cheaper. It setup right out of the box. Did not require any drivers. The only negative I can see is the 1280x1024 resolution is kinda low but acceptable. But when I checked other monitors they all had that resolution.
