Strengths: Wireless Bluetooth stereo headset. Switch instantly between enjoying your music and talking on the phone easily. Beautifully designed
Weaknesses: Price. It is some kind of heavy for the behind-the-neck.
Summary: Overall, it is a nice bluetooth headset. Beautiful and good sound quality. But I do not keep using it so long at a time, since some king heavy for me.

2 Star ReviewJabra BT620S Looks Good But Doesn't Quite Deliver
Strengths: Nice headset, comfortable, good sound, works with Bluetooth cell phones, nice lighting effect
Weaknesses: A little expensive, bulky, not compatible with some cell phone's MP3 players or laptop's bluetooth connection
Summary: I bought this Jabra BT620S Bluetooth stereo headset to use with my cell phone and laptop. First off, it paired fine with my Sony cell phone. However, I cannot listen to the MP3 music from the cell phone because the headset requires AD2P profile, which several MP3 cell phones do not have. For some reason, bluetooth device on my laptop is not able to detect this headset, so I cannot use it with the laptop as planned. So, basically, I can only use the headset for making/answering phone calls, but I already have a smaller bluetooth earset to do this. Finally, though somewhat comfortable to wear, the heaset is slighty bulky and heavy.

3 Star ReviewGood but could be much better
Strengths: Comfortable, paired easily
Weaknesses: Poor bass response. Works poorly with phone voice dial. Microphone isn't great.
Summary: I use this with a smart phone. Songs with deep bass crackel, I'm dissapointed that the cheap-o-matic earbuds that came with the phone sound better than the headset. If you use as a phone headset, you have to speak loudly and very clearly to be understood, you also have to be in a quiet place.

If you are playing music and hit the voice dial button, you don't get a prompt to speak, the music just cuts out which is your que to start talking. You also don't get the confirmation voice tag played back to you, you'd better have the phone screen handy to make sure you are dialing the correct number.

The instructions advise you to record your voice dial tags thru the headset for better matching.

2 Star ReviewUncomfortable...
Strengths: Provides Bluetooth stereo audio as promised. Battery last a long time.
Weaknesses: Difficult to pair with phone and PC at the same time. Uncomfortable after about 30 minutes. Heavy for a headset.
Summary: I originally purchased this headset (with the Jabra A320s adapter) to use with Team Speak in order to communicate with team mates during on-line games. The promise of stereo Bluetooth audio and a microphone in a wireless package sounds great.

Of course, you get one or the other. The headset delivers good sound in stereo mode when paired to my PC; however, when setup to use the microphone the audio is horrible.

This was not completely unexpected as I was simply hoping I could use both features at once. My next best alternative was to pair it with my PC for gameplay and my phone (Motorola RAZR v3) so I wouldn't have to switch headsets when I received a call. I successfully paired both devices once but have not been able to repeat the results.

My biggest complaint is that the headset is uncomfortable to wear. Although it doesn't seem abnormally heavy (especially for a wireless headset) all of the weight rests on my ears due to the behind-the-head design.

In conclusion, I would not buy this product again. I made the mistake of expecting something it wasn't designed to do so I can't fault Jabra for that. And, if I really wanted to use it with two devices, I could contact Jabra's tech support to figure it out. The killer for me is the discomfort the headset causes. If you have a normal sized head and intend to wear this for more than 30 minutes you may want to think twice before purchasing.

Strengths: Great quality sound. Works nicely with 2 devices + as stereo headset in USB mode. USB charger means no need for travel kits. 2 hour charge lasts for days.
Weaknesses: Doesn't seem to reconnect stereo headphones autmoatically after hanging up on a phone call. Can't hook up both handsfree and stereo headset the same PC. USB profile doesn't inclue microphone.
Summary: I definitely think it's well worth the money I paid for it. Light, easy to use. I don't know that I'd wear it outside - the flashing blue lights are an invitation to get mugged. Does what it should. Not all PCs support Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP profile, so may require further investment in a new bluetooth dongle. They could have been a bit better with the USB profile, but that's not really what the product is for; it's meant for bluetooth. All in all, I'm a pretty happy user.

3 Star ReviewOK headset, won't suggest unless you get good deal as me!!
Strengths: OK headset, comfortable at begining, good sound. Battery last a long time. works with Bluetooth cell phones, nice lighting effect, but can't turn off...:(
Weaknesses: Poor bass response. Too bulky for lady. Works poorly with phone voice dial. Microphone isn't great.
Summary:

I use this with my Samsung upstage phone. Songs with deep bass crackle, I'm disappointed that the cheap earbuds that came with the phone sound better than the headset. If you use as a phone headset, you have to speak loudly and very clearly to be understood, you also have to be in a quiet place. My biggest complaint is that the headset is uncomfortable to wear. Although it doesn't seem abnormally heavy (especially for a wireless headset) all of the weight rests on my ears due to the behind-the-head design.

You also don't get the confirmation voice tag played back to you, you'd better have the phone screen handy to make sure you are dialing the correct number.

In conclusion, I am OK with this headset since I just pay US$40 for this brand new headset. The retail price is $129 for this headset. My $40 is worth....^_^

Strengths: Good sound; snug fit; decent interface
Weaknesses: NA
Summary: Used primarily as a stereo headset paired to a Motorola Q. This headphone sits very comfortably with a universal size design. I wore this through 18 pitch & putt holes and it never slipped once.

The user interface has two forms of feedback, led's and sound. It may take a day or two to memorize what they signify but a great system nonetheless. Control is achieved through 6 primary buttons (3 on each side with). Each button issues different commands depending on the duration the button is held (tap, press, press&hold).

Sound is solid. There wasn't any static or intrusive noises during mp3 usage.

Overall, this is a great set of stereo speakers. It's got everything you want and a bit more. An example is the mini-usb charger that most pda/smartphones use (no need for an extra set of cables spewing out of the outlet). This is a steal under $60.

Strengths: Good battery life; good sound quality
Weaknesses: a little big; volume
Summary: I just got this Stereo Bluetooth Headset and i love it. Now I can listen to MP3 and FM radio in stereo on my cell phone. In addition, I paired this headset with my PC so I can listen to music there and also voice chat without having to be in from of my computer. As I mentioned above, the sound quality and battery life is good.

Strengths: good battery lifetime, intuitive controls, relative light weight
Weaknesses: lags a little with the command i.e. (takes about a second for the actual click to be reflected on the phone), on some phones you get somewhat high level of noise
Summary: used the for three weeks in a row, and i must say that i'm quite pleased with the performance. Works nice with nokia 5500 and with the computer. tested on nokia e50 nokia 5500 motorola razr and siemens s65

Strengths: Stereo music, stereo conversations, wireless, good sound, leave phone on table while listening to music, headset is light weight
Weaknesses: Not true high fidelity, limited range...less than 100 feet, control buttons sometimes don't work properly
Summary: I really like this headset and aside that it does not have true high fidelity the sound is good enough for the work place, even with 80 db noise surrounding me. I don't miss all the complaints that my boombox volume is too loud. Walking around doing yard work is a treat now that wires don't get in my way any more. If I get a call the music stops and I can talk. Then when I'm done the music comes back on. Cool!

3 Star ReviewReview the product (Jabra BT620S Bluetooth Stereo Headset) you recently purchased
Strengths: Excellent sound quality Comfortable to wear for long durations
Weaknesses: Technical support not familiar with non Microsoft driver stack and use of this accessory with PC's
Summary: Had difficulty in using the microphone on my PC which came pre-installed with Toshiba stack; the PC vendor's support was no better; finally got it resolved through trial and error, and now the headset and Mic work well, but I amnot able to use the AVRCP functionality.
