Strengths: Excellent sound quality.
Easy to read color LCD screen under daylight and night time.
User friendly menu navigation.
MP3/WMA support and fast access.
Fantastic color lcd.
Weaknesses: VU meter NOT available.
Summary: Got it since last year December, own it for over 3 months. Generally it works great as expected and described. Sound quality great, great color LCD, even under sunlight or night time, still able to read and access the LCD screen. Navigation menu is easy to figure out and access. No doubt about Kenwood's quality in audio products.
However, only default animation or no animation is available to set on LCD but NOT the VU meter of left/right channel. But it's not very important as I drive, I will put my eyes on the road but not look at the unit all the time, and just listen to it.
Conclusion, great product, great sound quality, variable color, nice!!!
