Strengths: Very nice display, good power, custom sound options galore, fast access time on mp3's (just as fast as regular cdda tracks), simple layout for all features, didn't need the manual for much of anything
Weaknesses: Not sure if you can change it or not, but my one complaint is that the display reverses every 15 seconds or so. So the black background and blue text will turn to a green background with black text.
Summary: The display is real nice, not overwhelming, but plenty of bells and whistles. There are about 6 different back ground videos to choose from, like the dolphins, startrek, waterdrops, and other misc... Volume automatically adjusts itself to roadnoise, so it will turn it self up when your driving and down when you come to a stop. Lots of other features. It sorts the MP3 folders by numbers instead of Folder names, so that may or may not bother some people.

Strengths: High power handling capability. Nice graphics on display screen. Lots a choices on sound adjustabilty. Detachable face. The simple remote control.
Weaknesses: Price! It should've been in color for that price!
Summary: Double edged sword here... I really like this car stereo. It's BY FAR the best I've ever owned (I'm too cheap)! The graphics look really good and the sound kicks a%$! The detachable face is a plus (but not for those who're forgetful and prone to losing their keys...). What I didn't like wasn't the fact that it has a remote but it's controls (the remote) to some stereo functions can be so complicated that you can forget making some adjustments while driving. For the most part, the remote is very simple and easy to use. One will eventually be using it without even having to see the buttons but forget about trying to adjust the advanced stereo controls while driving...unless you want to get into a wreck!

I would most definitely recommend this stereo to anyone for ease of use, looks, and power handling capability.

Strengths: Excellent sound, clean look, easy to use, Pioneer quality
Weaknesses: Antenna input loose
Summary: I just picked up this new receiver and it is outstanding! CD Playback is great, but more importantly, MP3/WMA playback is EXCELLENT, with no quality lost, especially in the bass department, a traditional weakness w/ MP3 players.

It was fairly easy to install. Easy to wire, easy to mount on kit. Only problem was getting antenna to fit properly into the receiver.

Well worth getting, especially with the online prices. You can pick this up for $250 w/ parts, and install it yourself, or take it to a place for a $50 install. In stores, the deck will cost AT LEAST $300, plus tax and parts.

Strengths: Alsome display screen saver. You can adjust the EQ settings to be whatever you want. Show the track info for mp3 discs along w/ cd text disks. Very attracive, bright display.
Weaknesses: Not to many weakness about this deck. The only thing ive realized so far is that it takes about 10 seconds to read and access a mp3 cd.
Summary: Wow, I'm totally amazed at this deck. It has everything you would want in a car cd reciever. The graphics amazed all my friends. The built-in mp3 player is alsome. It shows all the track info. I took all my 7 country mixes and put them on one mp3 disc. I never have to change cds, amazing! This deck is worth the 200 bucks i payed for it. It's worth payin an extra 50 bucks for this deck b/c u get some many more features than other decks. It'll be hard to find any deck with these kind of feature and display for less than $300.

Strengths: Sounds great, looks great..Remote is easy to use...Organic display adds nice amount of "bling"
Weaknesses: Little bit of a learning curve to figure out how to find certain menus like setting clock, etc...
Summary: A nice radio with good looks and good sound...A good value for the money...I especially like the volume knob as oppossed to + and - buttons...Didn't think I would use the remote but I use it frequently...I haven't used the MP3 features yet so I can't comment on that...
