Strengths: These have high power capacity. I'm running 100 rms to each one (from a JL slash series amp)- They have an aluminum heat sink to help disipate the heat, and a button to push for 3db tweeter increase.-
Weaknesses: I was kinda worried about bottom mounting these (under the rear deck- and in the door panels) but the bracket that holds the grill in acts as a good spacer to keep from having pressure on the tweeters
Summary: These are everything i've hoped they would be. Everyone enjoys the full sound spectrum- good from low (I set my crossover at 130) to highs 20k plus. No cracking. No distortion. keep in mind i have a lot of power to them to help keep distortion low. One caution i'd give is to be careful not to let any screws or metal objects get close to the tweeter because the magnet is very powerful and pulling the screw off the tweeter could scratch or damage it.
