Strengths: Nice leather, inexpensive, strong belt clip, magnetic closure.
Weaknesses: Does not protect the corners as well as some cases.
Summary: I needed a temporary replacement for a Treo case so I picked this one up for about $15. The leather was nice and the white stitching gave it a "Coach" look. It lacks protection in the corners. The benefit to the exposed corners are the the antenna can face any direction and a headset can be plugged in while in the case. The magnetic closure works well. The belt clip is almost too tight, but I would rather have it tight than slip off my belt. Overall it's a good investment. I would think the for the price I paid for the Treo they should include this case.

Strengths: Made of good quality leather and the white stitching gives the case some contrast to the black. It's subtle and looks professional. Magnetic flap makes a tight closure and is easy to open and close.
Weaknesses: Phone moves a little bit inside the case. I will sometimes feel the phone wiggle in there while I am walking down the street. If the case was made a little smaller, it would be a perfect fit.
Summary: But overall, I like the build quality of this case and would recommend it to others. I don't think you will find a better quality leather and stitching for the same price. And it's a genuine Palm case so that's just icing on the cake!

Strengths: looks good, clip spring is strong and holds your treo really good. Space for business cards as well.
Weaknesses: none
Summary: great product at a great price, maybe thinking of ordering a second one, it does definitely the job,can use with or without a belt. Sturdy and leather is not cheaply made.
Treo fits in snuggly and no chance of falling. Typically when sitting down it allows me to move the case a little bit to the side so I can sit comfortably. I typically have the phone on vibrate and can feel it. Overall great product and for the price its a steal.............I love pricegrabber.

Strengths: Strong, durable case. Classy look and feel.
Weaknesses: None, really.
Summary: This was part of a Christmas gift for my husband and he really likes it. The extra room for business/credit cards is a great bonus. The magnetic closure and belt clip are nice and secure. I (and he) would recommend this product to others.

Strengths: fits, leather, small business card holder inside the case
Weaknesses: Magnetic closure, no swivel.
Summary: Not a bad case. I'm a bigger fan of form fitted cases. I would like a stronger magnetic closure, but current one is fine. A swivel would be great so I can turn the case vertical, getting it out of the way of the seatbelt buckle. I can't wear the case on my left side b/c the seatbelt may put too much pressure on it, and possibly breaking it.
Overall, not a bad case.

Strengths: Nice soft leather, inexpensive, magnetic flap, genuine Palm product.
Weaknesses: Exposed corners leaves portions of the phone unprotected.
Summary: It is a nice looking case with high quality leather. The interior pocket for business/credit cards is a nice bonus, if or when I may need use it. The exposed 'unprotected' corners of the case are unnecessary for my Treo 680 since it does not have external stub antenna. But Palm does not make a true side holster style case for the 680 at the time of posting. The belt clip is nice and tight so I don't have to worry about it slipping off when I sit down or stand up. It's also a leather clip unlike those plastic "swivel" type clips that tend to scratch up my belts.

Strengths: Quick access to the phone, low profile case, great build quality, sharp looks, good protection.
Weaknesses: No phone protection when out of case, can't see display when stowed, not able to charge the phone while in the case.
Summary: Of all of the Treo cases, this is one of the best as long as you are careful not to drop the unit when it's not stowed in the case.

Strengths: There are 2 pieces of hard leather on the side to protect that back and front of the phone. High Quality lamb skin leather. It has a genuine palm logo. The Treo 750 fits perfectly.
Weaknesses: The soft lamb skin leather can scratch easily but its really luxurious.
Summary: I really love this case. Some of the phone is exposed but mainly for ease of recharging, and grabbing the phone from the case. The magnetic flap closes tight and does not open unless you want it to open. The business card and/or credit card holder is not really functional but you can definitely insert a credit card there. It's not really for business cards in my opinion.

Summary: 2007-03-03 03:29:19 The Treo Leather Side Case is exactly what I needed to always have my Treo with me. The Treo is protected in the case. With it being a side case there is no discomfort wearing the case at the waist. I found on pricegrabber the best price and good reviews. I did not have to wait but a few days for it to arrive.

Weaknesses: Bulky
Summary: Overall, this case gets the job done. The features of the product make it a worthwhile purchase: soft leather exterior, the magnetic clasp, and the extra interior pocket for credit cards. However, you really can only fit a couple of cards in the interior pocket. The main weakness of the case is that it is bulky and would not fit into your pocket; you can only really wear it on your belt or put it in a bag. I have a palm treo 700 and it does not fit snugly in the case, which means that it can move around a bit. Also, the only part of the palm treo that can be accessed while in the case is the headphone jack, which means that you have to take it out of the case when you want to charge it or pick up a call. I think it's a good purchase because it is pretty stylish with the palm logo on the case; but I think I will have to get a flexicase for the times that I want to just carry it in my pocket or when I don't feel like carrying the bulky side case.

Strengths: It cushions the Treo, well and is easy to remove. Holster is good too.
Weaknesses: However, it does not protect the Treo once it is out of the leather case. I wish it had internal protection also.
Summary: I would buy this again, but I would consider the Seidio cases. They appear to be sturdier and protect outside the leather case as well. The Seidio case also has a holster to carry it.

Weaknesses: no belt loop
Summary: This is now my primary case, replacing a Krusell and another one (I forget the name). Anyway, this is very sturdy, provides a tight belt clip, and doesn't want to break (like all the other ones with belt clips). OTOH, I would have liked a belt loop like the krusell has to ensure that it doesn't slip off while traveling.
