You get what you pay for....
Strengths: -Very powerful burners
-Two very powerful ovens
-Nice price
-Looks good
-Five burners
Weaknesses: -No sim position. 12,000BTU feels like 20,000!
-Flimsy construction. Thin steel compare to DCS or Wolf.
Summary: If you have a limited budget or think that spending $6K on a range is nuts, buy the Delonghi. Construction is borderline as the all range almost feels fragile. Be prepared to stay on top of all of your cooking at first as the burners are very powerful! There is only one burner with a sim position and even this one will run too strong. Same goes for the ovens...Once you get used to it, it is fine. The two ovens are definetely a plus in a 36" range.
