(Except video files !!!!!) Weaknesses: Nothing that I am aware of Summary: What does it not play??? Got this on a deal from Bestbuy and this is "my best buy from Bestbuy". Its remote is very small and sleek...This may be a disadvantage for many as you may press two keys at the same time. This is worth a buy, but if you are looking for an attractive model go for some flip type face plates(MP 925) which is not available in this model. 100% of People (3/3) found this review helpful. Strengths: Plays MP3, can be hooked up to your Apple iPod with optional Auxiliary Input Cable, Great Sound, Good Looks Weaknesses: N/A Summary: I've been using this unit for about two weeks in my car and I love it. I replaced my factory stereo with this unit and even with the stock speakers, the sound is great. I purchased the optional Auxiliary Input cable (Kenwood CA-C1AUX) and a Mini plug to RCA adapter for about $25 total and I was able to connect my iPod directly to this unit. The Auxiliary input adapter hooks up to the back of the Kenwood KDC-MP225 and gives you two RCA inputs. You then connect the Mini plug to RCA adapter to the headphone jack on the iPod and to the RCA on the Auxiliary Adapter. Strengths: Full-featured remote control, plays MP3 and the smaller WMA files Weaknesses: Remote is a little bulky, preset equalizer settings may not sound ideal for various types of music played (I leave it on flat most of the time) Summary: I bought this unit because it was inexpensive and I received free installation. I'm very pleased with it, though, and you can't beat the price! The best part about these MP3/WMA CD decks is that you can burn a disk with hundreds of songs on it and drive a long way before hearing one twice.
