Strengths: Flexible light to help with work
Weaknesses: needs to be more durable
Summary: This has been a great new tool by dewalt. When working on projects, I need a light I can aim into hard to reach area's and not have to use my hands to hold it. The heavy base makes it less tippy like other lights. I like to be able to easily put the dewalt battery in when I am at locations without power. It is a good bright light for working and has a broad light beam.

Strengths: Bright + has flexible neck
Weaknesses: Bulky at times
Summary: I've got both dewalt and milwaukee battery kits, but milwaukee doesn't make a flex version light. the 18v battery holds the light in place, while you can flex the neck to shine where you need it. Can be found for $10-20, but doesn't come w/ batteries or charger. A useful addition to anyone that already had a dewalt 18v tool kit.

Strengths: Power light, uses my dewalt batteries, i can shine the light anywhere
Weaknesses: none
Summary: Not a lot to say about this product. It works very well. It gives you an extra set of hands to shine the light exactly where you need. Comes with an extra bulb. It is very durable and easy to tote around. You can find a great deal on this if you shop around.

Strengths: Flexibility, Brightness, Design
Weaknesses: None
Summary: I already had another type of floodlight that I used frequently but when I saw the flexible floodlight by Dewalt and the excellent reviews it has I decided to try it out. It is amazing how you don't realize how much you can use something until you have it. I have used the Dewalt flexible light on many jobs since purchasing it. On one job in an attic while running wire I would have had a terrible time without this light. I was able to use the flexible head to place the light in a very tight area. The light is very bright and can be used in its normal position as a general purpose handheld light. I do this all of the time and find myself reaching for it before a regular flashlight. You can hang it over pipes or wood beams to get light into difficult spots. I have found it to be sturdy, so far, with the battery flat on the floor and the head extended. However, if you have a stability problem that can be easily overcome by rolling the battery on its side giving a more stable base for extending the head. So far the flexible head has remained tight and does not flop around when used. I imagine over time that it might loosen up somewhat but I hope not. I can find no flaws with this light.
