Strengths: Obvious heavy duty capability, as with all DeWalt tools, two batteries included, and high torque.
Weaknesses: Heavy and expensive.
Summary: This cordlesss screwdriver has a chuck that grabs drivers, something others lack, is obviously designed for years of trouble free usage, as long as the batteries hold out. I have used a borrowed one extensively and finally decided to buy my own, as it is the best of the heavy duty drivers out there.

Strengths: Plenty of power, good battery life
Weaknesses: none
Summary: I own a lot of power screwdrivers. This is the best of the lot hands down. This tool has power to burn. On top of that it has excellent battery life. Batteries charge quickly and cannot be damaged from over charging. Changing bits is a breeze. I carry this tool everywhere. It will be interesting to compare this tool to the new lithium ion screwdrivers on the market today. But until DeWalt puts out one or a lithium battery for this tool. I'll stick with what I got.

Strengths: Adjustable Torque; Can be used a drill; Compact; Adjustable Handle; Reversing; Long Life Battery; Drill Case extra storage; Extra Battery; Battery charged in almost any Dewalt Charger;
Weaknesses: None
Summary: 2007-04-20 04:41:50 I have used this drill on several jobs and its great. I have been using my partners screwdriver for a couple of weeks, and two people cannot use it at the same time. So I had to purchase this drill and stop using my partners. Another great feature is the ability to charge the battery with my DW9109 12V charger in my work truck. Now I'm going to purchase the drill bit accessory kit. Price for drill is competitive for the quality of the tool. I like the fact that the batteries charge in almost all Dewalt chargers, which greatly saves on carrying several chargers. My goal to to have all Dewalt tools and give away my Craftsman. Battery life is Great.

Thank You for letting me review this product.

Strengths: Powerful, Well Balanced, Versatile, and Professional Quality. Much easier and considerably less tiring than using a heavy driver-drill. Compact size makes it easy to carry.
Weaknesses: My only, admittedly very minor, complaint is that the hex bit holder works opposite to Dewalt's Impact Driver and it's easy to inadvertently send the bit flying if the unit's "nose" is depressed.
Summary: I use the Dewalt DW920K-2 extensively in my furniture making hobby. Whether I'm assembling a cabinet, removing the panels on my hot tub, replacing an electrical receptacle, or performing the various tasks around the house where I once used a manual screwdriver, the Dewalt is an absolute time saver and kind to the wrist. I recently lost my Dewalt due to carelessness on my part and this purchase is my replacement. I really like this tool and recommend it highly.

Strengths: heavy duty, high torque, great construction
Weaknesses: a bit expensive, a bit heavy
Summary: I hesitated to buy because of the high price; now that I have used it, I

understand the price. It is surprising how many ways I have used it. I would

recommend it for the new home owner. It is well-made and should last forever.

I would recommend it for the older do-it-yourselfer.

I have only one suggestion for improvement. It would be nice if it had a ratchet.

The ratchet should go left and right and be able to be turned off. This would make it possible to set the finial torque by hand.

Summary: The DeWalt Dw920K-2 is an excellent screwdriver with plenty of power. It can be used in 2 diffent positions. The chuck allows quick change of bits. It can also be used as a drill with optional hex bits.
