JX 10 FAKE
Strengths: NA
Weaknesses: NA
Summary: I recently purchased a Jabra JX10 for my boyfriend (I already bought one for myself at Best Buy) and it turned out to be a FAKE. None of the buttons worked. Even the size of the charget outlets did not fit on my previous Jabra JX10.
I am extremely disappointed with this produce. Unfortunately, I bought two and lost money out of this deal. I suggest going to real store to purcahse this product, so that it actually WORKS!!!

Mixed impression
Strengths: Lightweight, small, stand-by battery life
Weaknesses: Receiving callers complain about the sound quality and sometime I have trouble hearing.
Summary: This is my second experiance with a blue tooth headset. I returned the first model as totaly unacceptable. The Jabra JX10 is significantly better. Naturally, it is small and lightweight. I use it mostly in the car so standby battery life is important. I do not need to bring it into the house to recharge very often and it holds a charge for long periods when I am not using it.
The sound is much better when pressed against the ear so perhaps an ear plug or focusing cone would be a useful additionm to the design. (My hearing is excellent according to recent testing.)

Strengths: Small and light.
Weaknesses: None yet.
Summary: So far I'm impressed with the product. Yesterday I forgot I had it in my ear and walked around for an hour with the phone off. The JX10 does exactly what I expected with the added comfort I had doubts about.

Strengths: Size, sound quality
Weaknesses: Ear piece can be a bit uncomfortable after being on the ear for awhile
Summary: I bought this headset to use with my Motorola Q and it has been great! I didn't like talking into a calculator, so this has been a good alternative. Nobody can tell that I am on a headset. It is very small and lightweight. As mentioned above, the only minor complaint I have is the ear piece is kinda uncomfortable after awhile. I've read other places where people have bought the jabra ear gels and fit them over the ear piece. Haven't tried that. Also seems like there are a lot fakes out there, so buy from a reputable merchant.

Strengths: Lightweight, small, pretty, cool, discrete, comfortable.
Weaknesses: Cannot be to far from the phone. Phone have to be on the same side of the headset for better reception.
Summary: I have had three Bluetooth headsets... and I have hate them all. I love this one since I put it on. The reception is good. People can really hear you and you can hear them...
I like so much that I am buying another for a gift...

Strengths: ultra light, clarity
Weaknesses: Lost ringtones
Summary: This headset is so light you hardly know you are wearing it, the ear clip works good to keep the headset against your ear, and the clarity is excellence. The only problems I've noticed: my ringtones on my phone razr don't play when I have the headset on and I noticed a slight distortion with the volume on max. It also comes with a charger cradle which is nice. I would highly recommend this product.

Strengths: The sound is very crisp and sharp.Headset is lightweight.Great range and answers calls quickly.
Weaknesses: Snap-on earclip is fragile. The volume +/- buttons are definitely to small
Summary: I own a T-Mobile Peble. I tried many headset before I found this device. My biggest complaint with other sets was low quality sound (both ways). I am extremely pleased with this unit due to its small size and quality of sound. With that said, I agree with some reviewers regarding the hissing noice during a call. Although this can be annoying in the beggining, I quickly got used to it. I also agree with other reviewers regarding its light weight. I wear this on my ear almost all the time since I got it. Hopefully this review helps.

Strengths: Excellent sound quality.
Light weight
Weaknesses: None
Summary: The JX10 was the third Bluetooth headset that I have tried - other two brands were returned for poor sound quality. Callers are actually surprised that I am using a Bluetooth headset. It is so light that one can wear it all day without any discomfort. The microphone is very good at filtering out background noises and provides great pick-up at normal speaking volume.

Strengths: It is super light weight.
Weaknesses: It picks up background noise.
Summary: So far I really like this headset. I've only had it a few weeks and I'm glad a spent a little more and went with this one. It even came with a carrying case. The charge on it is seems to last a long time, but I'm not a big talker.

Strengths: - Lightweight
- Sound Quality
- Unobtrusive design
- Ear hook
Weaknesses: Pairing was not as easy as it first seemed but was still fairly easy.
Summary: This headset offers all the amenities that it touts. You just can’t realize what the design is like until you wear it. It is immediately comfortable and so lightweight that you’ll forget it’s even in your ear until you get a call. The ear hook looks like it wouldn’t hold the headset in place but do to it’s lightweight design, you can shake your head, bend down under a desk to work on a computer, or even go for a jog with it, and it will stay in place nicely. The sound quality and range is exceptional as well. I can go downstairs in my condo, leave my phone in my room upstairs, and still carry on a conversation. Road testing this headset has been a treat! The party receiving the call has reported little road noise and a crystal clear conversation the whole time, and I don’t have to raise my voice, though it seems awkward not to with the windows down and t-tops off my car. I highly recommend getting this online as it usually retails for $179 dollars as of 8/18/2006, but can be had for up to 60% less than that if you’re a smart shopper and use pricegrabber.com!

Strengths: Crystal clear sound, light weight, very discreet
Weaknesses: This is my third JX-10; quality control needs to be stepped up.
Summary: I did a review of the JX-10 awhile back and gave it 2 stars because it was plagued with static (on my end). I extremely disappointed the JX-10 didn't perform for me, to the same standards so many reported in their glowing commentaries. After going without a Bluetooth headset for a time, I began to reflect on the good qualities I did experience. I jumped at the opportunity to purchase another JX-10 when the price dropped.
I am happy to proclaim the JX-10 is as good as others have reported!
Beware, the second unit I purchased a was defective and had to be exchanged, which led me to believe the first unit I purchased, a month or two ago, may have also been defective. I would go as far as saying, if your JX-10 doesn't immediately exceed your expectations in performance, call Jabra customer service for support or exchange the unit.
You may find this information important: My provider is Sprint and my phone model is the Samsung A900.
I'm glad I gave the JX-10 a second (third) chance because it is truly an extremely high-end, high quality Bluetooth headset. Go get yours now!

Strengths: Size. You can't really beat it! Almost weightless in the ear. You actually forget that you are wearing it. Sound. Is actually excellent. Can be too loud so be careful with the volume...
Weaknesses: It's so small it's very easy to lose. They should come up with some chain or lanyard that works like sunglass cords. Other than that I honestly can't think of any.
Summary: I purchased the Jabra JX10 after reading many reviews. I had purchased a generic bluetooth headset initially and was really disappointed. This headset has changed my mind entirely. My only complaint is because it is so small it is very easy to misplace. Other than that I don't think you can get anything better...At least you don't look like a complete dork when you are wearing it. You just have to hold your phone to your mouth when you are speaking or else people think you are talking to yourself because they can't see it in your ear readily!
