Summary: I only need this laptop to do some basic word processing and internet browsing. It does that well. I did re-installed everything from scrath to be able to run the laptop at a good speed. The graphics card option on this laptop is only dedicated graphics. The laptop supports the Pentium M or Celeron M Processors and EIDE Laptop Hard Drives. There are only USB & analogue monitor ports. There are no serial or parallel on the laptop for those still using those. Strengths: Wireless internet Weaknesses: Slow Summary: I have only owned this particular product for 10 days. It is brand new. I have not installed any new programs. The laptop is still as it was the day I took it out of its packaging and yet I cannot open more than 4 windows at a time. The computer freezes, stop programs stop responding and tech support is absolutely horrible. You always get someone on the phone that is in India they don't understand a word I am saying and I cannot understand them either. This particular laptop is very slow. I do like the fact that you can watch dvd's on it and the audio output is strong. However, the processor is slow and Internet Explorer is very slow. I already had it crash on me 3 times in the last 10 days of owning it. I have already contact dell for instructions on how to return it. 67% of People (4/6) found this review helpful.
