Strengths: Swivel stand, lots of inputs (including PC-VGA and 2 HDMI), excellent image quality
Weaknesses: Mediocre sound quality, only one set of component inputs
Summary: This is my second Samsung 32" LCD and am continually pleased with their offerings (this is an addition to my first one). This model is specifically unique in being white like my MacBook. Swivel stand is excellent for making the TV in the angle I want, and the viewing angle issue for LCDs doesn't seem to be a big problem with this model. Colors seem accurate, brightness is good and adjustable using remote "energy saver setting", on screen menus and remote are easy to understand.
In terms of (HD)TV reception, it was excellent with a $10 antenna I hooked up (lots of stations picked up near San José). I now have Comcast Digital cable hooked up via HDMI and the image quality is excellent.
I use external speakers for my TV, the sound from the internal speakers is weak, especially in terms of bass, but is fine for normal TV viewing, just not optimal for action films.
Overall, it's not the cheapest of 32" TVs, but the quality is great and worth the investment if you're already planning on buying an HDTV.

Strengths: Color, brightness, aesthetic appeal, connections
Weaknesses: - Some pixelation on fast motion (dvd & tv), delayed start-up
- Abhorrent customer service.
Summary: 2006-11-08 10:11:54 **Updated after 45 days** About two weeks after owning the TV, the screen went out and blew up the power supply and the main circuit board. After submitting the TV to the service techs, I was guaranteed that this was due to a faulty screen (which they don't see very often). I have no issues with the TV itself, and am getting a replacement of the exact model, but I have serious issues with Samsung customer service. I have been without the TV for over a month now and they have not once called me to let me know how the repair was going, or to see what I wanted to do once the repair was determined unsuccessful. I have had to continually call them to ensure that they are actually moving forward and not just on hold. Once they decided to replace the tv, it took 7 business days for them to place the order, and now they are telling me it will take 2 weeks to deliver... Overall result-- Samsung repair service is ABSOLUTELY ABHORRENT. I feel like I have had to baby sit the entire process because they stopped moving forward every other day. I have had no impression that they are trying to keep my business, if anything, they seem to be annoyed that they have to deal with my tv at all. Result, television still gets 5 stars, customer service gets 1. **Original Review after 14 days** I first saw this TV at a friend's house (Actually the black version) and immediately loved it. I spent a couple of weeks looking at local B&M stores comparing various models and online reading reviews. This is a bit more expensive than other LCD TV's in the same size category, but it is well worth it-- the picture if phenomenal and the brightness is incredible. It looks almost as good as a CRT TV! I have hooked up my upscaling DVD player via HDMI and the image is impressive-- looks as sharp as I could expect from a non-HD dvd. I have also hooked up my PS2 w/ great results-- one of the games even uses widescreen mode, so you can use the entire screen... again, image looks very impressive, no ghosting and no jaggies. Cable tv is a little sad (I don't have HD), but I think that has more to do with my service provider and the cable box (makes the image WAY fuzzier than straight from the wall). The sound is also pretty good considering there are built-in speakers. I am thinking about getting a surround system, but the built-in speakers are more than sufficient for everything but action movies or intense gaming. There are so many connections on this and you can set everything up individually on the way cool interface. The only real complaint I have (and not too serious at that) is that it takes about 5 seconds to turn on after you hit the power button. I realize this is probably a warm-up thing, and doesn't really cause any problems... just some confusion at first when you try turning on the TV 3 times before it actually does. Overall-- A+ TV!

Strengths: Stylish, best for the price, I love the white color
Weaknesses: none so far
Summary: 2006-04-19 16:08:02 I got this LCD TV on a amazing price from Circuit City. I am very happy with the TV. This is my first flat panel TV. I bought it for my bedroom. White one looks better than the black one. The TruSurround XT technology delivers an amazing, simulated 3D effect with clear dialog and powerful bass. I am glad that i went with 32 instead of 40 inch. This TV is for my bedroom and it's the perfect size.

Strengths: Easy set-up. Pretty intuitive for those who like to set things up without pounding through all of the instructions. White television looks great. Very bright, high contrast picture.
Weaknesses: None yet.
Summary: This is a great tv for our bedroom. Viewed from about 10 feet away looks great, even with our standard cable box. Within a couple of weeks, we'll up grade to the high definition cable programming, and we're expecting even better results with the picture clarity.
Very nice, high contrasting, bright picture straight out of the box. Easy set-up.

Strengths: Great design. Great picture quality and very vivid color with nice contrast. Easy setup.
Weaknesses: No extra cables
Summary: I bought this TV via internet. I prefer white model to black one(3251D) beacuse I think white is more cclean and stylish. It was hard to buy this TV because most sellers have only black model.
I have been watching 27” LCD TV (other brand) before buying this one. I was surprised because this TV shows more great picture quality, vivid color and contrast than 27” even though increased LCD size. External appearance is very nice. Setup is very easy.
Highly recommended TV especially if you like white color.

Strengths: Looks great in any room
Weaknesses: None
Summary: After looking at several 32" LCD HDTVs during the holiday, I decided to go with the Samsung LN-S3252D, based on the picture, value and the styling. The LN-S3252D was easy to setup in the stand and hook up. The instructions are clear and going through the initial power up sequence, I verified that the TV automatically registered all of the analog and digital off-air channels that are available in my are using a long-range unidirectional outdoor antenna. The HD channels over the air look GREAT, so much so that I removed all of the analog channels from the menu. I especially like the power-saver button on the remote which automatically adjusts the brightness, which is a quick way to adapt the monitor between daytime and nightime use. The cabinet color goes well with any decor compared to the standard black cabinet. You get a 3 month extension on the mfg warranty if you register your product within 10 days of purchase.
