Strengths: easy to set up, no teaching with old remotes necessary, can set up many devises. 3TV's 4 Receivers etc
Weaknesses: Install disk did not start, but web is better anyway.
hard to change the device sequence on the remote.
Summary: Finally a remote which is a true smart device. The web site has a very good data base. I had some very exotic equipment which was in there to be set up via the USB cable. This is my 4th remote but this one is a keeper. I put my Sony commanders in storage.
