Strengths: Can hold the tv and moves with a light touch.
Weaknesses: A bit stiff at times.
Summary: Make sure you tell your husband how to put it together before you try to hang the tv on the wall. Lifting the tv 3 times was not fun. As long as you have it secured to the studs properly and make sure you don't block any of your ports on your tv with the cross bars, this will be a fairly easy install. (hubby covered important inputs on the tv with the cross bar causing us to take it down and readjust it)
Really wished there had been a cardboard tv cut out to help us figure out where on the wall to install this, but we made our own out of some boxes. That really helped.
Hubby didn't think we needed a full-motion mount, but this definitely helps if you have lots of windows and need to move it a bit. Or when you are gaming and want to sit closer you can aim it to your chair or sofa.
If I were to do it again, I would've checked the inputs on the back of the tv and made sure not to cover them and possibly got the next model which extends even farther (who knew you would want to do that).
You can actually move the tv with just a light touch unless you are pulling it away from the wall or towards the wall then you need to use both hands (mostly for balance).
