Summary: I was dissatisfied with the quality of the suitecase in particular the craftsmanship of the zipper. It was very hard to zip especially around the corners. I thought I had overpacked but I removed some items and I still found it hard to close. It just kept on hanging up in certain areas even when empty. The zipper popped open during a flight so the baggage handlers placed the suitcase in a bucket for me to retrieve it from. I was not able to get anymore use out of the suitcase after the first trip. I travel 2 - 4 times a year and I would have expected the product to last longer than 1 use. It purchased the product a few months before I used it otherwise I would have returned it.
