3 Star ReviewMyHD daughter card
Strengths: Probably works ok with a monitor with a DVI-D input
Weaknesses: You can not use a DVI-D to HDMI cable to connect to you HDTV
Summary: I tried to use a cable (DVI_D to HDMI) and that will positively not work. You really don't need this card to connect to your plasma.. you just need a standard 15 pin video cable M-M to connect to your HDTV from the main card 2nd video output. Set 1280x768 resolution in the setup and adjust pic with controls. A 1080P HDTV will likely use other settings. Works great. An inexpensive TIVO. Uses the Titantv.com tv guide for free and has a commercial skip button on the remote. What else could you ask for?

Strengths: great picture quality, up-convert DVD video optical 5.1 audio with DVI-D to HDMI adapter will input to HDMI HDTV and HD-MONITORS
Weaknesses: none
Summary: Contrary to the last reviewer I have been able to with the use of a DVI_D to HDMI adapter plug MYHD tuner card into HD MONITORS and HDTV's through HDMI input without any problems, I am useing off the shelf HDMI Cables and adapter's so nothing fancy. With optical 5.1 digital output this add on card makes for a nice HD A/V experience that is hard to beat in a PC.
