Strengths: Comfort, lightweight, good sound quality
Weaknesses: Static
Summary: My use of this is probably a bit unique, as I don't have a bluetooth mobile phone at this time, but rather a MacBook with built-in bluetooth. I use the headset with Skype. I haven't heard complaints from the other party that they can't hear me, but if I step more than about 2 meters / 6 feet away from the computer, I get static in the sound. It probably doesn't help that I am around a bunch of 2.4GHz devices (cordless phones, 802.11 routers, etc.) since Bluetooth shares that band. Probably not the fault on the device itself, but rather the environment I'm using it in. Comfort: little tube out of the earpiece sticks slightly into the ear so sound is clear. Very lightweight and comfortable on the ear. Volume/power switch is also intuitive and simple to use. Blinking light is good to remind you when headset is on, but does no good having it on your ear... Fits the purpose for a reasonable price.

Strengths: sound quality
Weaknesses: slight wind noise but I will also get the next model up that is rated for wind noise
Summary: Easy to program ... sounds excellent, and is the lightest bluetooth I ever used. Plantronics is the best in headsets and I have tried Jabra, Motorola and others. Only issue I have is some slight wind noise but for the money its great.

Strengths: excellent cheap price, high quality plantronics technology.
Weaknesses: older bluetooth standard but meets needs
does not include a USB converting dongle for bluetooth, but my thinkpad has bluetooth
Summary: decided to use this for Skype and it works fine. the range is a little low (about 6 feet) but I use it with my computer, so i am not travelling far.
it has given me handsfree to work on my keyboard and not have the heavy breathing sounds of my last wired headset.
ah the freedom from wires! sweet!

Strengths: Simple and sleek design. Easier fitting to left or right ears. Nice feeling of buttons. Easier charging.
Weaknesses: If you wear this long, your ear might hurt.
Summary: This is a nice and sleek headset to use. First of all, the bluetooth technology that this invoked is very reliable. I use this for PC headset also, and it works at quite a distance. Second, the design is quite nice. It is nice, not just in terms of the appearance, but also in terms of its ergonomics. It fits every type of ears, and quick to attach.
The only weakness that I might suspect is, it might be tiring to wear this for more than 10 hours, because of its tightness.

Strengths: Works as advertised
Weaknesses: Range is perhaps limited
Summary: Bluetooth is a great invention, and getting this earpiece proved just that. Synched with the phone with ease; long press of the button and it is done! After authorizing the device on the phone, the earpiece automatically connects to the phone everytime you turn it on. Some may complain the single button/flip switch is small and requires a finer touch...but it's a small price to pay for its small size (nicer in appearance than moto). Earpiece/hook may not fit some ears, and is only comfortable in certain positions for me...but when adjusted right I sometimes forget I'm wearing it. I haven't tested the range too much, but seriously, how lazy can we get to not wanting to carry a cell phone in a pocket or around the belt? Durability yet to be determined....

Strengths: Long battery life
easy to use
small and compact
Weaknesses: none
Summary: This Bluetooth Headset by Plantronics is the best I have had. It stays charged for weeks, even if used 2 or 3 times a day. It's easy to install on your phone. With 1 button operation it is simple to use. It charges in a few hours or less. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a hands free device.

mediocre to cruddy
Strengths: nice shape...good length
Weaknesses: static, doesn't fully charge, battery drains in less than 30 min. of talking
Summary: Mine must've been defective because even after a full day of charging, it beeps and switches to the handset with less than an hour of talk time. I have to hold the handset up close to keep out static. Its not even worth having as a backup because you have to be prepared to switch to the handset at any given moment.

Strengths: ease of use, comfortable, stays put in your ear as you are moving around unlike some other headsets, inexpensive, good reception when the phone is either on you or near you.
Weaknesses: the only weakness I have encountered is you hear pops or crackling noise if the phone is away more than 6 feet.
Summary: Researched headsets for several days and looked at higher end motorolas, jabra, etc and after speaking to several people and factoring in cost the only decision was the explorer 320.

Basic bluetooth, but don't expect too much
Strengths: Cheap, entry-level bluetooth
Weaknesses: Short range and mediocre sound quality
Summary: This is a basic, entry-level bluetooth headset. As long as you buy it with that in mind, and get it for a good price, you won't be overly disappointed. The range is limited and, as you hit that limit, you start getting sound quality issues. In short, if you are looking for a cheap way to get started in bluetooth, this may well be your ticket. This is especially true if you want it for some close-range like Skype right in front of the computer (which is my application). However, if you are willing to spend a few extra dollars for quality, look toward a higher-end product.
