1 Star ReviewBeware of Averatec 4265

Summary: When it works, I loved my Averatec. However, while the Averatec 4265 has wonderful specs and is extremely portable because of its small size, several months ago I began to have a problem where I was unable to get it to turn on (no lights -- nothing!) Then without explanation, days (or sometimes weeks) later, it would suddenly start to work again. Upon doing some research on the web, I discovered that other owners of the 4265 have had the exact same problem. They have not had much luck dealing with Averatec's customer service. I am now faced with having to purchase a new computer after getting barely a year out of the 4265.
