A product that should have never been made
Strengths: None...
Weaknesses: See comments. It's easier to simply use a hand roller ... or buy a more powerful pump.
Summary: I need to learn to check these reviews before purchasing. I thought I would get a simple pump that squeezed paint as I rolled. What I got was a 4 "C" Battery motor that was unable to properly pump paint to the roller (Duh ... 4 "C" Batteries... What was I thinking.) After setting it up, the thing churned and hummed for nearly 30 minutes before paint even reached the roller through the tube. When it did, it didn't have the power to keep a constant stream of paint going. In nearly 4 hours of struggling with the thing, I never got a full roller of paint. I gave up with a patch of uneven paint on the wall. I will take it back... But I'm confused ... How does Wagner stay in business putting out products like this? Doesn't a true capitalist system result in our refusal to purchase their products any more? Is America willing to put out any piece of defective merchandise hoping that people will buy it and not bother returning it? Surely they know how poorly this product performs ... I think I'll use it as an example in my business ethics class.
