Strengths: Easy to use, brews great coffee, will let me know when its time to clean the unit, programmable Weaknesses: a little awkward to fill water reservoir, difficult to see water line if brewing a small pot (6 cups or less) Summary: Overall, I am very pleased with this coffee maker. The larger 14-cup capacity is excellent, it is very easy to use and looks good on my counter top. I love that a light will come on telling me when it is time to run a cleansing cycle. The warming plate timer can be set to keep the coffee warm for up to 4 hours-no more warming up coffee in the microwave. Weaknesses: It would be nice to have a window to view the water level The clock is very small and hard to view. Summary: Overall I really like this coffee maker. I have only been using it for a few days now but so far have had no problems. I wish the clock was bigger and light up as I frequently change the delay timer. Has automatic turnoff which you have to set and this is slightly non - intuitive. The filter mechanism appears a bit strange and not sure it does anything. And you have to buy new filters. Have yet to clean it but I am hopeful the self cleaner will do the job since it may otherwise prove difficult. Overall, a good buy at a reasonable price. Was this review helpful or unhelpful for you?
