Easy gripping, adjustable heads spacing. Weaknesses: A little bit heavy. Summary: The unit works surprisingly well on my back and neck, provides instant relief to tense muscles. The long and comfortable handle makes it easy to reach my back. It has variable speeds (not just high or low speed) and an extra long power cord. Even the spacing between the heads is adjustable. I have ended up using it for myself few times. It seems to be very firm and has adjustment to widen/narrow the distance between the two message heads. Different kinds of heads are provide for different hardness. I found this unit bit heavy to be used by one person. I think it is okay if I use it on other person. I use it for my lower legs every night and gives me great relieve. This one is the fifth hand massager of this type that I buy. I have given them out to family and friends because they don’t always come with the same strength power, or because once the cable wears down the massager loses strength.
