Strengths: Makes hot chocolate without scalding the milk.
Weaknesses: Too tall for many cupboards, not dishwasher friendly.
Summary: I love my cocomotion and use it often. Its number one feature is:

It never ever scalds the milk. I can make hot chocolate with milk and not babysit it or stir it while it heats.

You can make hot chocolate in 3 steps:

1. Pour milk, according to the measurement lines on the cocomotion.

2. Add hot chocolate powder or syrup.

3. Push the go button, and go do something else while it heats.

Cocomotion spins the milk and powder/syrup together while it heats them.

Its downsides:

* Its too tall for any of my cupboards

* I have to wash the body by hand (the lid and spinner can go in the dishwasher)

* It doesn't last long with daily use, my friend had one which lasted only a year with daily use.

If you enjoy hot chocolate made with with water, don't bother buying this gadget... a tea kettle of water works just as well.

Strengths: DOESN'T SCORCH MILK, EASY TO USE AND MAKES GOOD HOT CHOCOLATE
Weaknesses: COMPARTMENT THAT LIQUID AND COCOA/CHOCOLATE GO INTO DOES NOT SEPARATE FROM BASE MAKING IT CLUMSY FOR CLEANING
Summary: My daughter-in-law (who lives in Japan) told me about this item. It was hard to find but finally located in clearance aisle at a local Walmart. I bought her one and myself two (one for home and one for work). It is a shame that they have been discontinued, maybe Mr. Coffee will come out with a better model.
