 customer service Strengths: They are very nice until you buy the product.
Weaknesses: They do not follow thru with what they say.
Summary: I was sent the wrong product due to their misinformation and they refused to return the productdue to the fact that the manufacture did not accept returns. I was told not to contact the manufacture and when I did they told me that they did accept returns. When the shipment arrived we told shipper and homeclick it was incorrect. We ordered a island hood and received a wall-mount. On the day it was delivered a customer agent told us it was their mistake but we had to speak with a special agent. I was say they are far from reputable.
