Strengths: Small, well designed. The best part is being able to use a regular AAA battery.
Weaknesses: I don't like the fact of two volume buttons, especially for the functions they are assigned to do. It's hard to adjust the volume without pressing both buttons.
Summary: I had originally purchased a Plantronics bluetooth and really liked it except for the fact that the internal battery dies quickly. About a week after I got it I saw this one in Walmart. However, buying it online saved me about $15.00. After doing some reviews, I discovered that it had about 21 hrs talk time and about 30 hrs standby on one AAA battery. That was the selling point for me along with Motorola's quality. It took about 2 minutes from installing the battery to successfully pair it with my phone. Pros: Great product, sound quality excellent. Standard AAA alkaline battery. Cons: It is hard to adjust volume without hitting both volume control buttons. This action will temporarily disconnect you because it transfers to 3-way calling mode. Speaker rests above ear canal. This is not for someone with big ears. I love the design and quality but because of the short ear hook, it will be used more as a backup to my Plantronics. This is great for long road trips and vacations because now you don't have to worry about losing your charger.

Strengths: Nicely fits into the ear and can use normal batteries.
Weaknesses: No charge capability and the range is not really satisfactory.
Summary: For the price, this is a good headset. Sound quality is good within reasonable distances. But if we go away i.e. about 50 feet, the sound quality deteriorates. Can be easily paired with motorola phones. Since it uses the standard battery, its a bit heavy that I would have liked.

Strengths: small size, uses regular battery
Weaknesses: It may take a little getting used to, but that's expected with a new earphone.
Summary: I used to have a rechargeable bluetooth headset and I constantly wonder how much talk time I have left, because the recharging is not instant. With this headset, as long as I have a spare battery with me, I never worry. The fit on the ear is comfortable even for long uses. The voice quality is quite good. Overall I like it.

Strengths: works well with my phone. uses battery for great talk time.
Weaknesses: none
Summary: I purchased this product from eBay at fraction of cost of vendors listed here and really like it so far. I have a constant ringing in my ear due to permanent damage but can hear others very well. people on the other end stated can hear me well with no echo that you would get from other headsets. i really like this product and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good economical bluetooth hands free device.

Strengths: Stylish, instantly ready to go with a new battery when necessary.
Weaknesses: Not very light because of the battery.
Summary: A major brand name headset with very nice design and color combination. Great product with very good sound quality and reception. Not rechargeable unless you use a rechargeable battery and charger.

Strengths: Battery life, sleek design
Weaknesses: valume control
Summary: 2006-10-02 13:46:06 This is a sleek looking product. Works great. The best part is battery -- you can use AAA battery, so no need to charge!!! The battery life is also very good. It is very comfortable to put it on and looks great. Only problem is, as other people pointed out, the volume control is little hard.

Strengths: Great battery life, easy to set up, good construction, and looks very good
Weaknesses: cant get too far from the cell phone or other bluetooth device that it is connected to or you will get some static.

Strengths: Color and design is awesome
Weaknesses: Ear hook is not adjustable. Doesn't fit comfortably and a little loose for my small ear.
Summary: The Motorola H300 Bluetooth headset is easy to setup and pair with my Motorola and nokia phone. Not much special feather other than click and talk. It uses regular AAA battery. Have no problem using the headset except some design flaw. Sound quality is great but have echo problems as many people also encountered.

Strengths: Comfortable, very long standby and talk time, cool appearance, uses AAA battery.
Weaknesses: No charge option, uses AAA battery, seems to have "a mind of its own" at times.
Summary: I like this headset - it's comfortable on the ear (less floppy than my H3), and has good sound quality from what I've been told. On a couple of occasions it has turned off without explanation (not during a call), so I'll be monitoring that in the future. The glossy bluish section is prone to minor scratching, so the aesthetic durability isn't as high as my H3. With a fresh battery (or a charged rechargeable AAA), it lasts FOREVER!!

Not worth the money
Strengths: NA
Weaknesses: This item doesn't stay on as nice as i would have liked
Summary: The item never worked correctly with my phone which is LG VX9800. It would turn on, place the call but.... when i would try to speak to the other person i could never hear them i ended selling it a week later to friend who is somewhat satisifed with it

Strengths: Excellent sound quality, really small, fits my ear well, easy to set up with my phone
Weaknesses: Seems to wiggle about a bit when I move my head fast.
Summary: I haven't used any other types of Bluetooth devices, so I don't have anything to compare this one to. However, I can't imagine how it could be any better. I'm extremely happy with the size, the fit, and the sound. Far better than the wired hands-free sets I'm used to using.

H300 Headset
Strengths: Easy setup, battery life is great, not too heavy, price
Weaknesses: Lack of noise cancelling circuit, static for wearer and echoes for people on the other end of the conversation.
Summary: A number of people I have talked with while using this headset have complained about being able to hear themselves and it's worse as the headset volume is turned up. It works OK, better than fighting with cords, but I'd do more shopping around for the next headset...

Strengths: uses single AAA battery, great sound, easy to use, easy setup, great battery life, full featured.
Weaknesses: size, weight (due to battery), can not wear it for pro-long period of time.
Summary: As far as I know, this is the only bluetooth headset that uses a single AAA battery as its power source. That alone separates it from the crowd. With my 800mAh NiMH batteries, I can get over 7 days out of one charge. Simply amazing. Once out of power, just pop another one in. Sweet.
It is super easy to setup and my Sony w800c paired with it w/o any problems. The range is good. And if it is out of range, once back in, it will auto connect. It will also auto shut down if out of range for a certain period of time.
The sound quality is top notch. I have used it for a month now, no complain from any callers yet.
The downside is that due to the AAA battery (especially those heavy NiMH batteries), it is bulky and heavy. DO NOT wear it as an fashion statement. Your ear won't be able to take the weight for over 30mins.
That is it, folks.
