Strengths: Small footprint for it's size, Great picture, ease of use, great when used as a computer monitor, amount of connections. Supports 1080p.
Weaknesses: None so far.
Summary: I did alot of research on this model and found it to be the best TV over 70" on the market. Playing Xbox 360 on this is second to none!

Strengths: Loads of Features.Picture at 1080i is crystal clear.Excellent Inputs for gaming or ethernet capable.72 is the way to go forget the 62.
Weaknesses: Channel changes are slowed due to built in TV Guide.Forgets memory settings if you need to reboot .
Summary: OVerall this is the best TV is have ever owed or seen when I did comparive shopping at Best Buy looking at other models.I first wanted a Plasma but after finding out that they had burn in issues with game consoles I immediatly starting my search for the best DLP HD avl. I ordered the HM model at 6th Ave. But the sales person offered the extended blub warranty for a few hundred more and a free upgrade to the MX model !!! (heard thats any DLP's weakness bulbs burn out just like a lamp but this tV has user friendly replacement 5 mins to change bulb .This DPL bulb replacment cost is over $300 so your warranty pays for itself the first time you use it ) I could not be more pleased when it arrived a few days later .Highly recommend 6th Ave when buying electronics .But you need to barter with the sales rep.to get these deals. They want to make you happy. Anyhow I use this TV with my XBOX 360 and It is smoking .Talk of the family so to speak with guests coming over.Definity a center piece to any room very commanding .Really like the fact that this model is compact with speakers on the bottom not the sides which means you have only screen from edge to edge not longer then it needs to be.Also the input that flips open on the front is very conveinant when using video or camera equipment to show slide shows or presentations this TV has all the bells and whistles.

Buy this TV not the 62 have seen the 62 if you have the space you willl only want the biggest and best .For the price difference you can not beat it this 72 rocks !!!

Thanks Toshiba for making a Great Product !!! I love it .

Chris

Strengths: Look at the thing, it speaks for itself.
Weaknesses: None so far.
Summary: I definitely did a year's worth of waiting and research before choosing a television. The HD picture on this thing is out of this world. My condo is now THE place to be for sporting events. With the warranty basically paying for itself once the bulb goes I just leave it on all the time. Also though, others have told me that all you have to do is say that your bulb has dimmed since you got it right before your warranty goes out and they will come replace it anyway. I had never seen it before finding Abt Electronics in Illinois, which by the way is the greatest electronics store in possibly the whole world, and I bought it on the spot it was so good looking. They cut me an amazing deal for the TV, stand, and warranty as one package. If you don't need to wall hang your television, want to save thousands of dollars, and are not a total snob forget plasma. This TV is the way to go and Toshiba makes the highest rated DLP TVs according to Consumer Reports. Can't wait to get my hands on a PS3 to hook up to this bad boy.

Strengths: upscales to 1080p, large screen with small footprint, HD picture is amazing, makes PS3 and XBOX 360 games much more enjoyable
Weaknesses: like all DLP you eventually have to replace the bulb, but after a year and a half of use I have not had to yet
Summary: I walked in and bought this TV without doing any research and then was pleasantly surprised at how well this TV stands up to the competition. Having 6 feet of screen is just great for movies and games
