Strengths: NA Weaknesses: Laptop cover developing cracks. Summary: The laptop cover developed a "crack." The place of purchase, Toshiba and a suggested Toshiba repair local center were notified. The Toshiba located service center said, eventhough I had a case number from Toshiba, that it is not covered under the warranty(Computer was purchased 12/26/05). Another week has passed and another "crack" has formed on the laptop cover. I have taken care of the PC, having used Laptops for approximately 10 years.Any other users had this problem? 77% of People (10/13) found this review helpful.
