N/A Member Since: Product Experience: 6 Months	EZ and Awesome Would buy this model again Strengths: I love the coffee maker, it grinds, no measurinng, is intuitive to set, and can do preground too. We have had a six months works great. Weaknesses: None really. Hard to get the feeder door off. Summary: One trick is to remove the pot then replace the filters. The VHS video does help and you learn from it -however we ran the coffeemaker for a month or two just watchig the streaming video and looking at the box. Video explained the release button (in case you swing the basket and want to release). Love my coffeemaker. Was afraid it was too complicated. Nope. Works great. My husband likes the coffeemaker too.
