Strengths: Mega number of inputs, ATSC tuner, slick design, nice remote, good Picture Quality, good price.
Weaknesses: Blacks, while dark, can show some black crush. Volume level low. SD channels not too great, but not terrible. DVI black screen issue if using HDMI-DVI adapter or cable. Lack of proper color control.
Summary: Good TV. HD material (channels, upconverted DVDs) looks top notch. SD material is average for plasmas. None of the personalized color temp settings is saved if you change to a diff preset and come back to your personal setting. Some black crush now and then. Very bright output, good for well lit areas. Warranty will replace TV with another if something goes wrong. Speakers are detachable, have lots of bass, but it takes much button mashing to noticeably lower/raise the volume level. Price is right depending on when you get it (Christmas time was the cheapest I have seen these).

Overall, a reasonable choice, esp for those who need 2 HDMIs. Not quite upto the elite Panasonic/Pioneer/NEC plasmas though in PQ, but blows 'em away in features and inputs. Probably best for a living/family/rec room area. Serious Home Theater buffs would be better off with the elite brands (about $1000-1400 more for same size and far fewer features) if the best picture quality is an absolute concern.
