Strengths: If you charge according to the directions you can get more than few nights out of them without re charge. Rechargeable.SRS stereo is great for action shows.
Weaknesses: Sometimes signal will drop in and out in-ter-mit-tant-ly in two second intervals. A quick hit of the channel button on the side of the ear will fix it. If not they need charged.
Summary: The recharge port is on top of one ear, little awkward to get to with the recharge plug. Just hard to see and get your fingers in at first, once you get it figure d out you can do it blind. I bought these because I'm a late night tv night owl insomniac who is losing her hearing - and my husband isn't and a light sleeper. This has made it possible for me to watch the Daily Show and Colbert Report instead of sitting in silence for hours. Due to my hearing loss and tinitus it makes it hard someimes to heard soft dialog so a few times a week I will put them on during shows like 24, ER and LOST to hear the whispery stuff. The nice thing is with the side volume controls I usually just set it just a notch above the tv volume as an assist and I can still have a converation with my hubby, and hear the show. I dont have to keep pulling them off to talk and listen to him, it's nice. Best thing I've bougt in years. Wish I would have bought two pairs. I bought mine on woot.com for abotu $30, they were definatly worth that.
