I am 6'2" and it fit me good. Any taller I would be careful you might not fit comfortably. Weaknesses: Not as strong as a massage on neck as would of liked but still does a good job. Summary: The EP3222 after all the research I did. This was the best value for the dollar. Now that I had a chance to use it. I know I made the right decision. This was a pure luxury purchase and was worth the money. The further you recline it during massage, the more intense the effect. This is especially recommended to anyone who has muscularskeletal issues as I do. It really helps work out the kinks. 100% of People (1/1) found this review helpful. Weaknesses: - does not automatically return you to the upright position after a massage, need to press the on/off button twice to do this. Summary: Overall this chair has been a great investment, replacing the need to pay approx $100/hr for a massage at a spa! This model does not have the arm massage (which we picked intentionally as it kind of felt like a bloodpressure cuff when I tried it in Brookstone). Was this review helpful or unhelpful for you?
