2 Star ReviewNot worth the battery hassle
Strengths: Having four frequencies to choose from is a great way to avoid radio station interference and the only good feature about this product.
Weaknesses: Requires batteries! Batteries! Batteries!!
Summary: I'll never purchase another FM transmitter that requires batteries. The iTrip (Griffin Technologies) I had previously (and mistakenly broke) cost about the same amount which for road-trips drew it's power from the iPod used in conjunction with an inexpensive cigarette lighter power adapter... thus no long trip void of my uninterrupted music due to the death of batteries.

Also, the Belkin transmitter (unlike the iTrip)has a plug that's a good 4-5 inches long causing the transmitter to dangle precariously from my iPod and inviting disaster.

Ultimately however, the need for batteries is my biggest complaint. Who wants to stop on long road trips to purchase those rediculous little AAA batteries when they die out in the middle of nowhere? And who wants to make sure they stock up on those same rediculous little batteries before every road trip?

Don't buy it. Shop around and get one that doesn't require batteries.
