Summary: These drops are individually sealed into small doses. This means that they can avoid having to put in preservatives, since only a small amount is opened and exposed to the environment at one time.
The individual dose capsules can be resealed. But I wonder about this. Basically, to open the capsule, you break off the tip. To reseal, you push the round part of the capsule into a receptacle in the cap. But the round part of the capsule has been exposed to the environment (and you pocket, etc.) *before* it was opened. I wonder if this reseal is working against contamination.
