Strengths: Thicker than others, does a much better job lubricating, and not that expensive.
Weaknesses: It sometimes makes my eyes itchy for a short time, and if it runs down my face, it leaves a red streak.
Summary: I have used these drops for a long time. I could not find them for several years. I tried a lot of different ones, but none of the others are "thick" like Clerz 2. It feels like you are putting something in your eyes other than salt water. I was very happy to find Wal-Mart selling Clerz 2. If your eyes are very sensitive, you might need to be careful, because the drops can be a little irritating for a short time. P.S. Don't be fooled by Clerz Plus. It is not the same thing, and not as good.
