 three year warranty? Strengths: worked good for 1 season.
Weaknesses: bought two units. both stopped working after one year . same with neighbors. trying to get lasco to replace , but getting runaround with them.
Summary: I am sure the reason i am getting the run around is because of the fact the heater is crap. Since both of mine stopped working and the neighbors stopped also and theirs was a year old also , im sure other people have had the same problem.
