Strengths: very easy to use....while not totally painfree, it WAS remarkably comfortable compared to other products in the same category....and it really did get better with time, as they claimed....

Weaknesses: it does hurt, but not too bad.....and it gets better....I did wish I was able to only buy the product and not all the accessories it came with that I will never use..

Summary: All products that pull hair out by the root will hurt....but some more than others.....this product made the claim of no pain....well, there was some, but it was FAR more comfortable than other similar products......I was pleasantly surprised.....and it does remove large areas of hair fairly quickly......very good time-saver :)

Emjoi Product Lives a Short Life

Strengths: works ok, for the short time that it works

Weaknesses: painful; noisy; lives a very short life; expensive for the length time it works

Summary: We have invested in several Emjoi products, including this epilator, just to be disappointed in their short lives. Consider yourself very lucky if your Emjoi makes it to the one-year warranty deadline. Never again will we waste our time and money on Emjoi. As a matter of fact, we have found Braun a better alternative for functionality and longevity.

I don't know why it took me so long to purchase on ...

Strengths: It removes hair with little pain no different from waxing, and its fast and very easy to use

Weaknesses: i was disappointed that it was not cordless, but the cord is long enough.

Summary: I don't know why it took me so long to purchase one, I have been going to a salon to get my waxing done in the past. Now I can do it in the comfort of my own home, when I want to which is very important. I have to say its has work great on my bikini line, its better than waxing, there is no mess! I can't wait for the summer now.

Strengths: Works very well.

Weaknesses: Hard to clean certain spots.

Summary: Wonderful product. A girl-must-have item. Amazon has the best price out of all (when I made my purchase). Make sure to compare all the online stores before make the final purchase.

Painful... But Well Worth It

Strengths: Easy to use. Keeps my legs smooth a lot longer than I expected.

Weaknesses: Sure, it hurt at first (as everyone says it does) but it did get better. Now, I can use it just as easily as shaving.

Summary: Like I said, it hurt... Bad. But after the first couple of uses, it became easy. Now, I don't really feel it at all. I recommend it to everyone and am talking my mother into getting one as well.

It's a great product with great results.
