Strengths: save the problem for which you may not want to use adjustable wrench
Weaknesses: workmanship could be better.
Summary: the design of locking is very smart one. Everyone using adjusable wrench knows it can not hold bolts as tightly as fix wrenches. But the design of lock solved this problem, no slip at all. So,this is very useful piece if you do not want to bring a set of fix wrenches with you.
