Strengths: If you drink white tea, this is a must-have appliance. My kettle is now a thing of the past. I drank tea regularly before, but now it is SO convenient. No more waiting for the water to boil, then cooling it down with ice to lower the temperature.
Weaknesses: a little bit expensive
Summary: I bought this hot pot on someone's strong recommendation to replace a hot water dispenser on the sink in my kitchen. I use it many times a day for tea, boiled water for cooking, oatmeal, etc. It has three temperature choices and a 7 hour sleep option- all of which I use. When I bought it I was a bit tentative as to whether I would use it all that much, and the pot very quickly became indispensible in my kitchen. It is easy to operate, the instructions are well written, and I highly recommend it.
