Strengths: Large enough to fry most foods in hefty amounts, yet fits nicely under the cupboard. Easy to use (just plug it in) and it heats up quickly.
Weaknesses: None, really...so simple it's hard to find a flaw.
Summary: This is a great fryer for anyone who wants to occasionally fry up some chicken wings, fish, shrimp, egg rolls or whatever (not a turkey). The simple design is hard to beat with it's low-tech scoop instead of some crazy basket apparatus. Great for most deep frying jobs. Enjoy!
