Strengths: I haven't found any.
Weaknesses: Documention is very poor. Difficult to get it to work as advertised. Downloaded creative labs' XP drivers do not work correctly and are not signed by microsoft. They were release 10/2001
Summary: Purchased to use with a telephony application. Prior to purchase, I checked the web site to make sure there were XP drivers available. It is advertised as being able to connect to a Soundblaster card for speaker phone. No instructions to make it work, very unclear on how to connect the TAD, no configuration information in package or on the web site. XP drivers would not initialize speakerphone functions, modem would not get a dial tone and only occaisionally would answer inbound calls. After two weeks of back and forth e-mails with creative labs' tech support (Creative Labs Tech support has a 2-3 day turn around time, at best, and the techs are limited in their knowledge), they finally suggested I return it because they would not be able to make it work in XP. I reverted from XP to Win 98 SE and can use it, but the speakerphone functionality still will not work through the sound card, as advertised.
