Strengths: OK computer for the money
Weaknesses: Customer support is worthless
Summary: 2005-12-30 16:01:13 Customer support is the worst i HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. Very long wait times, don't be surprised to be on hold over an hour, and don't be surprised if they put you through a series of transfers in hopes that you will eventually give up. At the end, don't believe what they tell you, it's mostly lies.
