Strengths: Archiving photos via its built-in CD-writer without the need of a computer. Great 2.4" LCD screen with nice editing options.
Weaknesses: Normal form, not a style leader. Bluetooth should be built-in. Should be able to print CD labels onto the CD.
Summary: I had to get a photo printer that was rich in functions for me but easy enough that my computer-phob parents could also use. There are tons of similar card reading printing products, but I had a problem of how to archive their photos when I was not around. It was either limit their number of photos, get a printer with a built in hard drive or this great solution by Lexmark, just burn them to a CD. It marries all the ideas I was thinking of, plus the prints are nice, crisp & worthy.

Strengths: just what I've been looking for - I often use my smaller printer on trips - hate having to always put info in Ccomputer
Weaknesses: can't transfer from computer to printer
Summary: I wonder how long it will take for other companies to come up with a better printer what will accept from the computer as well as from individual cards. This is a real help for computer illiterates.

Strengths: Was wasy to set up-
Weaknesses: Haven't found any yet.
Summary: Easy to set up and user friendly. LIke the Index page and the capability to burn a disk. Works fast! Color is nice- Looking forward to using it. A great gift idea!

Strengths: It's compact. Doesn't take up much room at all on desk.
Easy to use. It's the only one I can find so far that will burn a CD. Easy instruction for setup and process.
Nice quality prints.
Weaknesses: A bit noisy when first printing.
Summary: I'm very happy with this photo printer. Went to Europe last year and took a whole lotta picts but never printed them out. Now I can edit and print them out for my album.
Wish I had gotten it before x'mas. I could have printed x'mas cards! On a scale of 1 to 5, I'll give it a 5.

Strengths: Can store pictures in the CD. Quality of pictures is very good.
Weaknesses: Very slow in copying from XD to CD -takes almost 20 minutes. The CD tray is slow in coming out, you have to pull it out slowly.
Summary: I have always been a big fan of Lexmark because I think their picture quality is a lot better than Canon or HP. I was not disappointed except for the slowing copying to CD. I recommend this product.

 Lexmark p450 Strengths: small
Weaknesses: cd burner has never worked, customer service never called me back to my repeated emails, slow
Summary: I was lured in by the cd burn capability but unfortunately it has never worked. I bought this at target and they were no help. I have repeatedly emailed lexmark and they have never gotten back to me. It takes almost 6 min to print 3 pages.
perhaps you will be luckier than me.

Strengths: Built-in CD Burner
Weaknesses: Expensive Ink
Summary: Picture print quality is very good on this machine. The built-in CD burner allows the user to archive photos from their digital media card. This is a feature not found on most photo printers especially at this price point. Like most photo printers though, the ink is expensive and doesn't seem to last long.

Good for the price.
Strengths: Nice LCD, no need to connect to a computer.
Weaknesses: Can' EVER connect to a computer.
Summary: This is great for travel, not only can you get instant prints, you can also back them up on CD. Clever as heck, but can't be used as a "home" photo printer.

Summary: This printer is very, very convenient. I've used it periodically for 3 weeks and have found it to be very useful. Most of the time I don't print out pictures, I usually put it on my hard drive or burn it to a CD so I can have it for future enjoyment. This printer makes the process very easy. I have only printed out a few pictures but the quality seem good. The only downside I see to this printer is that it only prints smaller pictures so it is a bit inflexible. If you are looking for a printer to use to print out your 4x6 prints this one is pretty good. Very easy to use and the added CD burner is very convenient.
