Summary: I purchased this unit to connect to my phone system for use in conference calls. It works well paired to my cell phone, the fixed system, and the computer. The cradle that the headset sits in to charge doesn't hold it well, so often it doesn't charge. This is a problem since it only holds about a one day charge. The earpieces don't fit my ear very well. The connections tend to crackle quite a bit. Overall a good fit for my application, but wish for better performance.
