3 Star Reviewalmost perfect...
Strengths: easy to use, comfortable, voice/sound clarity, longer talk time, very light, behind-the-ear, and LED lights status
Weaknesses: no DSP/Noise cancellation, picks up background noise better than voice.
Summary: ...i really love this headset's behind-the-ear and its design but sadly had to replace it for a different product, ended up using Gennum nXZEN 5500 due to its amazing DSP feature. I would prefer Jabra BT500's over nXZEN (over-the-ear) but more often than not, when i'm on a call, other party gets irritated and always complains about my loud background noises. if you are in a quite environment at all times, then this BT will do just fine but not in a loud, open and public places. Yes, I know, it's really a shame. Hopefully Jabra will update this particular model with a dsp capability.

Strengths: Comfort, clear reception
Weaknesses: None Found
Summary: I owned the BT-250 prior to this one and found the lighter weight and thinner design to be more comfortable for long term wearing.

I would recommend this for comfort over other types that I have worn.

Strengths: thinner than the last Jabra headset I got.
Weaknesses: Controls are a little difficult to use while the headset is on your ear.
Summary: The headset has good reception, I have had no complaints in that department, on my end or on the other end. The controls are rather difficult to use when the headset is on the ear. I don't have to use them much, but when I do it's awkward. Otherwise a good product.

Strengths: as advertised by jabra
Weaknesses: none that i've found
Summary: product works exactly as advertised. i have no complaints and would recommend the jabra bt500 over other bluetooth headsets. i've used this product for about a month and bought another for use by another family memeber.

Strengths: Sounds GREAT! Battery life is very good. EXTREMELY comfortable.
Weaknesses: Loses connection very easily and static!
Summary: I've had this headset for about a month now - it's the third in my quest for a Bluetooth that I can live with.

It's BY FAR the most comfortable unit I've used and the sound quality is outstanding. Battery life is much better than any unit I've used before, too.

However, like all the others I've tried, if you carry your phone on your left hip and try to use the unit in your right ear, you're in for trouble. Dropped calls and STATIC are the norm.

While I've found that I can get further away from my phone with this unit than with previous, you still can't be more than 5 feet or so w/o tremendous static and dropped calls.

Strengths: Light weight, very simple to use. You don't even know you have it on.
Weaknesses: Only had it since x-mas but haven't noticed anything yet.
Summary: The Jabra BT500 was very easy to setup with my Razor Phone. The manual was clear and easy to understand. I would recommend it to everyone to use. Good for the first time blue tooth users.

3 Star ReviewDecent, but not sure if it's great for the price
Strengths: Battery life. Ability to charge from USB port.
Weaknesses: Loses connection to my phone.
Summary: This is an improvement over the BT250 I had a year ago. I don't know if it is just my phone (Samsung A900), or the headset, but I had a problem with it staying connected to the phone. I haven't had that problem with the Moto H700 that I replaced it with.

Strengths: Very light, clear sound, easy to use, voice quality very good, excellent sync with Treo 650
Weaknesses: It is not an implant!
Summary: This is the first bluetooth headset for me. I love the ease of use. The size is small and light, feels like a pencil on your ear. I would purchase this again. No one can tell I am using a headset when I talk on the phone and the sound quality is clearer than the phone itself! Volume is good as well.

Strengths: Exactly what I needed with my hearing capacity.
Weaknesses: NA
Summary: I lost particalar hearing several years back, and this headset does an excellent job directing the sound directly into the ear. Jabra's wirelessBluetooth, as well as their wired units help greatly with hearing impairmentproblems.

Strengths: Good range, fast connection to the phone and much improved audio quality.
Weaknesses: LED indicator to inform charging and Battery level does not work unless plugged in to charge - would be nice if it were a constant indicator during use.
Summary: BT500 Wireless Bluetooth Headset is head and shoulders above my previous Motorola on-ear model. Lightweight, convenient and easy to use.

A little tricky to actually put on.

Easy pairing with my Treo 650.

2 Star ReviewJabra BT500 Wireless Bluetooth Headset
Strengths: Connected easily to my Siemens S66 phone.
Weaknesses: I have to hold it inside my ear in order to hear through it.
Summary: I am not all that impressed with this item. It doesn't fit well inside my ear so I have to hold it in to hear what's being said. Also it doesn't turn off like it's supposed to. I have to charge it up almost daily in order to be sure there will be enough juice in the battery.

2 Star ReviewWorks great but too big in size
Strengths: Good reception and range.
Weaknesses: Too big in size than expected
Summary: BT500 is very good for recetion, signal quality, signal range etc. But the only thing I dont like and I would not recommend buying it is the huge size and appearence

1 Star ReviewThis product does not work well with the Treo 650 ...
Strengths: lightweight& comfortable
Weaknesses: very bad static & dropout when used with a Treo 650
Summary: This product does not work well with the Treo 650 which is why I purchased it. It was totally unusable. It was just a bad combination. It may work well with other blue tooth phones.

Strengths: Clarity, volume level, and great wireless no hassle product
Weaknesses: Maybe it's just my ear, but I often find it just a little difficult to put on my ear. Even after placing it on successfully I feel as if it might fall off especially when I turn my head in the direction where the earpiece is. It never does fall off, th
Summary: This was a really great buy especially for the money--much lower than retail. Jabra kicks it good with their products. I was definitely impressed with this one.

Strengths: Easy to sync up to my phone and easy to turn on and off. I did not have to record over my voice activitated numbers. It works just fine using the already recorded ones.
Weaknesses: I have not experienced any yet.
Summary: The product is light and easy to program and use. It has a clear sound and is very slim which makes it very confortable to wear behind the ear. I like the ability to be able to easily turn the volume up when I need and to mute it when that is appropriate. It appears to be durable but only time will tell how long it lasts assuming I take good care of it.
